Welcome to SJ Handmade. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of our handmade products. By accessing our site and purchasing our goods, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Handmade Nature & Variations

Because our items are handmade:

  • Unique Characteristics: Each piece is unique. Slight variations in colour, texture, and size are inherent to the handmade process and are not considered defects.

  • Material Availability: We source high-quality materials, but slight differences may occur between batches

 

3. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).

  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

  • Payment must be received in full before an order is processed or shipped. We accept Credit Card payments.

 

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Processing Time: please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be prepared.

  • Shipping Estimates: Delivery dates are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

 

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

  • Cancellations: Contact us for cancellations via the Contact us page.

  • Returns: We accept returns on items within 14 days of purchase. Items must be in original, unworn condition.

  • Custom Orders: Due to their personalized nature, custom-made or bespoke items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged.

  • Shipping Costs: The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

 

6. Care Instructions

To ensure the longevity of your handmade goods, please follow the care instructions provided with your purchase. SJ Handmade is not responsible for damage caused by improper care, wear and tear, or misuse.

 

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, photography, and content on this site are the intellectual property of SJ Handmade. Unauthorized use or reproduction of our designs is strictly prohibited.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

SJ Handmade shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item in question.

These terms are governed under the laws of Australia.
